You have to appreciate Howard Stern's intensity and willingness to speak out on any topic. Stern has brought millions of listeners and subscribers to Sirius satellite radio. The company has had recent money troubles, but has dealt with them nicely. Stern has put his heart and soul into his radio venture with Sirius and has been outraged that Oprah Winfrey does not seem to share his passion. For the past two days, Howard has blasted Oprah Winfrey for not taking the time to appear much at all on her own channel. He noted that her opens to each one of her friends' programs seem to be lifted from a previous appearance on Oprah's TV show. Howard can't understand why Oprah doesn't allow her TV show to be rebroadcast on her radio channel, especially since she accepted a massive $55 Million paycheck from the radio execs. The Stern show has played clips from Oprah's channel and mocked the snooze factor. Listening to Stern, his rage against Oprah does not seem put on. When he says Oprah is treating her radio station like an ugly stepchild, there is no humor in his voice. He promises not to let the matter go. We'll be listening........
