Pam Anderson refuses to serve homeless people turkey.

Nice effort on Pam's part. But can't you do a good deed without talking about murdering turkeys?
Access Hollywood:
The homeless of Las Vegas got a special treat on Wednesday night when Pamela Anderson turned up to help serve vegetarian Thanksgiving dinners.
A little over a week ahead of the national holiday, the former “Baywatch” babe banded together with her pals at People for the Ethical Treatment of Animals (PETA) to hand out meat-free dinners to Las Vegas’ impoverished community.
In full Pammy regalia – a perfectly coifed blonde mane, full makeup and sporting a PETA tee, Pam helped serve up vegetarian turkey dinners in association with Family Promise, a non-profit, homeless-helping organization. Hello! magazine reported that Pam was joined by her new husband, Rick Solomon, who also helped serve the meal.
A longtime vegetarian, Pam reportedly used the event to promote meat-free eating to the homeless.
“This time of year can be especially hard for those who find themselves homeless, and it’s murder on turkeys,” she said in a statement. “It’s easy to have a holiday meal that gives even turkeys something to be thankful for.”
