Dear Kobe Bryant, Now is the time to show us what a champion you really are.

Dear Kobe Bryant,
I'm a Celtics fan. I hate the Lakers and root against you every game. That being said, I hated seeing your awful injury last night. I love watching you play.

I read your Facebook post: "This is such BS! All the training and sacrifice just flew out the window with one step that I've done millions of times! The frustration is unbearable. The anger is rage. Why the hell did this happen ?!? Makes no damn sense. Now I'm supposed to come back from this and be the same player Or better at 35?!? How in the world am I supposed to do that??"

Dude. I feel your pain, but please remember the 16 + million people that are reading that. Every single one of them has gone through tough times. Some have been affected by Aids, some by cancer, ALS etc... Think of the thousands of your fans that are in wheelchairs. How they would love to take one step in your shoes. One dunk. One cheer from the crowd. Think of your blind fans. They can never see the things you see. They can never shoot a three to win the game and hear thousands of adoring fans cheer.

It does suck dude. But think of this as an opportunity. Show your fans what a true badass you are. Show the kids that they shouldn't give up when life is tough. You've won 5 Championships & done so much!! But coming back from this will be your biggest victory. Do it. I can't wait to see you dunk again. I can't wait to root against you again.
Good luck!
Kick ass.
Geno (Kicking Cancer's ass)
