Carroll Center for the Blind graduate Neil Taylor talks about his river rafting experience

Neil is a great man who I met while he was a client at The Carroll Center for the Blind. His attitude was incredible. He always had kind words for me when I talked to him. His positive outlook on life was inspiring. Neil has a fantastic sense of humor and is an absolute pleasure to be around. I know that he got a lot out of the training at the Carroll Center & he made some great friends.
