Neil doesn't let being blind stop him from going river rafting

I met Neil while he was a client at the Carroll Center for the Blind. Neil became blind due to a brain tumor. I was so impressed with Neil's positive attitude. He always had a kind word, a joke or a smile when I saw him. The moment at his graduation when he pulled a braille edition of Playboy out of his backpack to donate to the Carroll Center's library was just one moment that I'll never forget! He's one of the people that always sticks in my mind when I think of the Carroll Center. Seeing this video made me smile. Keep rocking Neil! What a great guy.
