E!: Rumors of Kate's death on Lost have been greatly exaggerated!
As you probably heard, it was reported yesterday that original (and beloved) Lost castmember Evangeline Lilly was auditioning for fall pilots and therefore possibly leaving the show, which, of course, freaked out all us fans.
Evie's rep told us the report was "absolutely false."
More crucially, I just heard from Evie herself, who tells us exclusively:
"I am very happy on Lost and have no reason to look anywhere else for a home."
Hallelujah! If Evie left Lost, it would leave a hole in the show that would make the hatch crater look like a dimple by comparison.
I'm not trying to be dramatic. We've seen this type of thing before. She ended up in the hospital this time, next time she may end up in the morgue. I'll pray for her............

Rosie O’Donnell and Howard Stern broke the ice on their long-standing feud when she made her first appearance on the show this morning in a wide-ranging and often very funny interview. They talked about her start in show biz doing stand up at Richie Minervini’s The East Side Comedy Club when she was only 16. She had actually memorized Jerry Seinfeld’s act that she saw on TV the night before and performed it the next night at the club. O’Donnell said, “I did his act exactly, including all his inflections.” Stern and O’Donnell discussed topics ranging from drinking; drugs; gay rights; Kabbalah; her friendship with Madonna; her feelings about doing another talk show; her four kids and why she is not yet on Facebook. She said the closest she ever got to an orgy was Madonna’s “Sex” party for her book. O’Donnell and Stern show side-kick Artie Lange shared stories on sexuality, body image and depression.
Howard said he always had an issue with her because he thought she was dishonest about her sexuality. Rosie said that it the 90s “the media didn’t ask about it.” But Howard admitted that he “started liking her when she came out of the closet.”
Ultimately, there was a serious side to the interview. She has become an advocate to reform the foster care system, which she says is terribly broken. “There are too many kids with nowhere to go.”
The entire interview can be seen starting tomorrow, Feb. 27 on Howard TV On Demand and will be available for about three weeks.
Paula Abdul says she's going to revolutionize the way music is delivered, find a soulmate and possibly adopt a baby!
Will you be going back into the recording studio?
Yes, I will be releasing an album later this year, one single at a time. I am going to revolutionize the way that music is delivered.
Will you try to fit a man into this new life?
I tried marriage and it didn’t work too well for me, but I would very much like to find a soul mate. I look at couples like Goldie Hawn and Kurt Russell and see what I would like to have: a beautiful, lasting relationship that doesn’t require a piece of paper.
Are children part of that perfect picture?
I’d love to have children with that soul mate. Adoption is definitely an option.

The former couple went into hiding separately immediately following the February 8 altercation that left the Umbrella star with contusions to her forehead, a bloody noise and a split lip.
But Rihanna will have to take to the stand once Chris faces the charges in court on 5 March, according to the New York Daily News.
The Run It singer was originally arrested on suspicion of making criminal threats in connection with the February 8 altercation that left the Umbrella star with contusions to her forehead, a bloody noise and a split lip.
It has since been claimed that Chris is being investigated for a variety of felonies, including domestic violence, assault resulting in great bodily injury and attempted murder.
The attempted murder probe is based on specific claims Rihanna made to police that Chris told her, "I'm going to kill you," as he had his hands around her neck.

Access Hollywood’s Nancy O’Dell caught up with Sean and Robin outside of the post-Oscars Governor’s Ball, where Nancy asked the Oscar winner about the omission.
“She knows,” Sean said, explaining that the couple had discussed it ahead of time.
Robin elaborated further, saying that they knew there wouldn’t be “enough time.”
When Nancy followed up, noting Robin knows how much her husband cares about her, Sean once again offered a very brief reply.
“She knows,” he said again.

Chris Brown buys Rihanna expensive gifts for her birthday to try to make up for beating her half to death.
But - despite facing possible jail time over the alleged attack - the Run It star appears not to have given up on their relationship, and saw fit to buy Rihanna a diamond bracelet and necklace and made an emotional phone call to ask for forgiveness, reports the New York Daily News.
A source tells the publication, "Chris called Rihanna to wish her a happy birthday.
"He's absolutely trying to get back into her good graces. He knows he's very much in the doghouse right now, and is doing everything he can to show her how sorry he is."
And Rihanna is reportedly finding it difficult to turn her back on the relationship.
The insider adds, "Rihanna so wanted Chris with her on her big day, but obviously realises why they can't be together right now. But it's becoming more and more clear that she can't be without him."
Rihanna spoke out about the incident for the first time at the weekend, thanking her fans for "the outpouring of support she has received during this difficult time".
Geno's World is reaching more and more folks around the globe. I am eternally grateful to all of you! It seems however that the more successful the site gets, the more hate I receive. KSDK: The digital transition has left some confused, but a Joplin man was down right frustrated with the switch. So frustrated, in fact, that he peppered his television set with gunfire.
Police responded to the man's house Wednesday after reports of shots being fired inside.
Turns out the 70-year-old gunman was livid over losing cable and could not get his digital converter box to work. Police took Walter Hoover into custody after a brief standoff and charged him with unlawful use of a firearm.

INXS denies that JD Fortune was fired from band. They are shocked at his outburst and he won't be invited back!

Melodic Rock: From Undercover.com.au: by Paul Cashmere - February 23 2009 JD Fortune may not really have been sacked by Inxs but he will never get back in the band after last weeks outburst on Canadian television. The Inxs / JD Fortune saga will continue this week following an announcement from former manager and new record company boss Chris Murphy that the band did not sack JD Fortune.Speaking to the Daily Telegraph, Murphy says, "Not only are we shocked by the claims, even the place the supposed incident was to have taken place is a mystery to the band." He goes on to say that the band has a new recording deal coming up with his own label Petrol Records and that Fortune was about to be called. "I guess I have no reason to call him now," he said.JD Fortune announced on Canadian television last week that he was fired by the band at Hong Kong airport, that he was homeless and living in his car and had a problem with cocaine. Fortune became lead singer of Inxs after winning the reality TV show Rock Star: Inxs. His Canadian TV appearance was in support of his forthcoming solo album.Fortune's behavior has been somewhat erratic of late.

NY Times: Swindles in which someone overseas seeks access to a person’s bank account are so well known that most potential victims can spot them in seconds.
But one man found success by tweaking the formula, prosecutors say: Rather than trying to dupe an account holder into giving up information, he duped the bank. And instead of swindling a person, he tried to rob a country — of $27 million.
To carry out the elaborate scheme, prosecutors in New York said on Friday, the man, identified as Paul Gabriel Amos, 37, a Nigerian citizen who lived in Singapore, worked with others to create official-looking documents that instructed Citibank to wire the money in two dozen transactions to accounts that Mr. Amos and the others controlled around the world.
The money came from a Citibank account in New York held by the National Bank of Ethiopia, that country’s central bank. Prosecutors said the conspirators, contacted by Citibank to verify the transactions, posed as Ethiopian bank officials and approved the transfers.
Mr. Amos was arrested last month as he tried to enter the United States through Los Angeles, a prosecutor, Marcus A. Asner, said in Federal District Court in Manhattan.
Mr. Amos, who was charged with one count of conspiracy to commit bank and wire fraud, told a federal magistrate judge, “I’m not guilty, sir.” The judge, Andrew J. Peck, ordered him detained pending a further hearing. If convicted, he could face up to 30 years in prison, prosecutors said.
The fraud was uncovered after several banks where the conspirators held accounts returned money to Citibank, saying they had been unable to process the transactions, and an official of the National Bank of Ethiopia said that it did not recognize the transactions, according to a complaint signed by an F.B.I. agent, Bryan Trebelhorn.
A Citigroup spokeswoman said: “We have worked closely with law enforcement throughout the investigation and are pleased it has resulted in this arrest. Citi constantly reviews and upgrades its physical, electronic and procedural safeguards to detect, prevent and mitigate theft.”
A spokesman for the Ethiopian Embassy in Washington said, “We are aware of this unfortunate story.” He said the embassy was not involved in the legal proceedings, and declined further comment. Officials at the National Bank of Ethiopia could not be reached by phone for comment.
Prosecutors said the scheme began in September, when Citibank received a package with documents purportedly signed by officials of the Ethiopian bank instructing Citibank to accept instructions by fax. There was also a list of officials who could be called to confirm such requests. The signatures of the officials appeared to match those in Citibank’s records and were accepted by Citibank, the complaint says.
In October, Citibank received two dozen faxed requests for money to be wired, and it transferred $27 million to accounts controlled by the conspirators in Japan, South Korea, Australia, China, Cyprus and the United States, the complaint says.
Citibank called the officials whose names and numbers it had been given to verify the transactions, prosecutors said. The numbers turned out to be for cellphones in Nigeria, South Africa and Britain used by the conspirators.
Citibank, in its investigation, later determined the package of documents had come via courier from Lagos, Nigeria, rather than from the offices of the National Bank of Ethiopia, in Addis Ababa.
Citibank has credited back the lost funds to the National Bank of Ethiopia, said one person who was briefed about the situation.
Aren't child stars supposed to become drug addicts and homeless? What happened to Alyssa?
What countries have you visited as an Ambassador? Is there one encounter that had a strong impact?
I have traveled to Angola and India as a UNICEF Ambassador. In Angola, there was one moment that I will never forget. I was walking through an active minefield with The Halo Trust, on the small path that was deemed “safe” and marked by small stakes in the ground. This tiny pathway was just inches away from the area deemed “unsafe” and I could hear children laughing and playing. They were so close by. Imagine if your child’s playground was only yards away from a landmine. No weapon should outlast a war. In Angola there is one landmine for every child. I went to India six months after the tsunami. I toured villages that were devastated by the tsunami. I was so inspired by the utter hope these people had. I realized that the human spirit has the great capacity to prevail
