The "Defiance" actor - who has two children, Sasha, 17 months and four-week-old Samuel Kai with partner Naomi Watts - is finding it difficult to cope with the demands of raising a young family, but insists it is still an enjoyable experience.
He said: "You go, 'Aww s**t! No more me time.' I am struggling. It's f***ing hard. So little sleep. It's 23 hours and 59 minutes of exhaustion."

Liev recently revealed he was pleased to attend the European premiere of his new film - so he could get away from screaming Samuel.
He said: "The baby's great. He's getting up every three hours which is kind of a pain in the butt. But it sort of makes it nice to get a full night's sleep in a hotel!"
