With Journey's huge success lately, NOW is the time for Steve to unveil some new tracks. Couldn't he have one or two new tracks on this new compilation CD? One? Two?.....
Former Journey frontman Steve Perry will join the ranks of artists featured under the Sony Legacy budget eco-friendly compilation Playlist Series. That means a new Perry compilation will be released in January 2009, with new liner notes from Steve, but unfortunately no unreleased or new material - just songs from his 2 Sony Music solo albums.

I saw journey with the new singer and they rocked a sold out (20000) show. The new singer brings new energy that Perry must have left on his toilet seat. I was a fan of Journey before Perry (when they were REALLY good) so see ya Steve! is that martini to your liking?
I agree, man, saw them in Detroit. They we're excellent with new lead singer, best $ I ever spendt. I was like Steve Perry who? The back story on Arnel Pineda is amazing also... wow, rags to riches.

I prefer Steve to anyone, AP also said that he is no Steve Perry. He blew it with Neil, okay has Neil ever apologized for anything in his life? NO! He still owes an apology to Steve, Steve has apologized to the band over and over again, and they all forgave him except that jealous, well I will not even go there right now. He does have alot of new things, ever think maybe he wants a normal life away from all of it? He is producing and writing right now for others and he is happy.
