Geno's World has exclusively learned that legendary party girl Tara Reid has entered Promises rehab facility in Los Angeles early this week. The blond vixen is trying desperately to clean up her act. For once, I do not mock Ms. Reid. I congratulate her on doing what's best for herself. She's determined to get her career back. Good luck Tara!
