Contact Music: Rocker DAVE NAVARRO has vowed to keep his tattoo tribute to CARMEN ELECTRA - because he still has "a bond" with his ex-wife.The former Jane's Addiction star has Electra's initials and their 22 November, 2003 wedding date tattooed across his chest and has no plans to remove it or replace it.Navarro, who split from the model/actress in 2006, tells In Touch magazine, "I won't be covering these up or changing them."
