Kate Hudson traveled with new beau Lance Armstrong to Canada over the weekend to help raise over $1 million dollars for cancer research on a fund-raising bike ride. Armstrong hopped on his bike Saturday morning in the town of Waterloo, Ontario – along with 40 other local residents – for a 117-kilometer "Ride With Lance" event. Donations were to raise money for cancer treatment for two nearby hospitals – Grand River Hospital in Kitchener and Sunnybrook Hospital in Toronto. The couple – who have remained mum about their relationship – managed to have a romantic yet rugged mini-vacation before the race. They braved mosquito season for several days in Muskoka, a northern Ontario summer vacation enclave where Hudson's mother, Goldie Hawn, has a cabin.
