THE boldface-infested Hamptons were already in full swing over Memorial Day weekend with bashes all across the East End. Model/actress Molly Sims kicked off her summer with a 35th birthday party that French Connection threw for her at The Estate in Sag Harbor on Saturday. She blew out candles on her giant birthday cake that was infused with Bulleit Bourbon, straight from her Kentucky hometown.
Sims clung to boyfriend Justin Chatwin, who earlier went kite surfing and disappeared for nearly three hours, alarming his friends. "He eventually found his way back to land," said one relieved pal.
