Lil Wayne has struck up an likely partnership with Zac Efron after the pair collaborated on a track for a new remix CD for High School Musical 2 called HSM2: Non-Stop Dance Party.
Wayne told a US publication that he agreed to work on the record because he wanted to "reach those suburban white kids like Kanye did.” The rapper also revealed that he met Zac in a bar restroom where the actor was hiding from a bunch of his tweeny fans.
He tells OC Weekly: “Zac and me was both in San Francisco a few months ago for a comic book convention or something, and we met at an afterparty at some bar.
"To get away from these girls that was chasing him, he ducked into the bathroom and I followed him in there. I was like, ‘What’s crackin’, my brother from another mother?’
Then the interviewer describes how Zac joins them, greeting Wayne with “What’s up, my nigga?” and a "full-on" kiss.
“I’ve been a big fan of Wayne for a long time,” says Zac after their embrace. “These are the cuts we just finished. Dope, right?”
He's gonna have to try a bit harder to quash those rumours surrounding his sexual preferences.
