Filmmaker Kenny Ortega has been spotted with the papers under his arm, which hints that the pair are in talks about what will happen in the next part of the popular franchise.
However, Zac has not yet signed on to appear in the next installment which has many people believing he is holding out for more money.
Disney have released this statement however: "We are still in negotiations with all of the High School Musical stars." Fingers crossed Zac will be back for a Wildcats reunion!
