David Beckham treated his Los Angeles Galaxy teammates to a seven-hour drinking session.
The soccer star - who transferred from Real Madrid to the club earlier this year - played against the Vancouver Whitecaps in the Canadian city, and decided to cheer up his fellow players after their poor performance in the scoreless draw on Wednesday.
A source close to David said: "David proved he can party just as hard as his wife. He went on a major bar crawl and finally got to bed very late."
The father-of-three reportedly attracted some unwanted attention from a keen female admirer, but showed no interest whatsoever.
The source added: "He was being followed around all night by this one girl. He was polite to his admirer, but was far more interested in having fun with the team."
David, who is married to Spice Girl Victoria, was rumored to have had an affair with his former personal assistant, Rebecca Loos, in 2004, but has always denied the claims.
