I may the only person on the planet that hasn't seen "High School Musical" 1 or 2. I haven't bought the soundtracks. But the studios don't cater to me. They want to cash in on the bazillions of fans that LOVE this stuff. There's one problem. The cast ain't taking no small change....Fametastic:
Zac Efron and Vanessa Hudgens may back out of making a big screen version of High School Musical because Disney bosses aren’t offering them enough money. An inside source told the New York Post that Disney is “only offering them $1 million each. Zac and Vanessa aren’t going to do it.” However a spokesperson for the studio insists they’re “still in negotiations with the entire cast”. The second made-for-TV High School Musical feature was broadcast last week.
