Why should you see "Southland Tales" when it opens? 1. Sarah Michelle Gellar plays a porn star. 2. The writer/director of "Donnie Darko" is behind the production....Why should you not see it? The Rock stars in the movie. That makes me a bit nervous. Having The Rock as the #1 star in your movie is not your assurance of quality.

His tree trunk movie, forget the name, might've been watchable if they'd removed all the dialogue and just left the breathing and sighing and righteous indignation and punching and healing sounds. Primal.
