Britney Spears is feeling a little top heavy these days after almost spilling out of her dress on her 27th Birthday.
The pop princess told reporters that she is considering going under the knife in a bid to feel slimmer and sexier.
Britney told the Daily Star, "I have a love-hate relationship with my boobs. At the moment I hate them. I want them smaller.
"I can't wear the kind of suits that I used to love, the red PVC one I got to wear for the Oops I Did It Again video.She added, "I'm tempted to have a breast reduction so I can slink into some amazing stage outfits for my next set of shows.
"I know they look sexy but sometimes they get in the way."

Rock guitarist Joe Satriani has sued British band Coldplay, accusing the Grammy-nominated stars of plagiarizing one of his songs.

Satriani's copyright infringement suit, filed on Thursday in Los Angeles federal court, claims the Coldplay song "Viva La Vida" incorporates "substantial original portions" of his 2004 instrumental "If I Could Fly."

The 52-year-old guitar virtuoso is seeking a jury trial, damages and "any and all profits" attributable to the alleged copyright infringement.

Coldplay, whose soaring atmospheric tunes are often compared to those of Irish rock band U2, received seven Grammy nominations on Wednesday, second only to rapper Lil Wayne.

Among its mentions were nominations in the key record and song of the year categories for "Viva La Vida," which comes from the band's chart-topping album "Viva La Vida or Death and All His Friends."

The song is credited to the band's four members, singer Chris Martin; bass player Guy Berryman; guitarist Johnny Buckland; and drummer Will Champion. The title was inspired by a painting by Mexican artist Frida Kahlo.

The Satriani track comes from his album "Is There Love in Space?" Further comment from Satriani's attorney, or reaction from Coldplay's management was not immediately available.

The Fight Club star is said to have enlisted Angelina in 'Streaming Furies' classes for his own protection.
The mum-of-six reportedly keeps her cool by blade throwing - a skill which she learnt on the set of Tomb Raider.
A source tells the National Enquirer, "Angelina has quite a temper on her and she has been known to throw a few knives around when she is angry.
"She is a practiced knife-thrower so it's a hobby and cathartic.
"Brad is terrified Angelina will one day hit him with a knife, and cause him a serious injury or worse.
"That's why he bought her these Streaming Furies classes. It's a new relaxation technique based on breathing, meditation and Tai Chi."

NBC is doubling down on the Donald.
The network has decided to supersize the next edition of “Celebrity Apprentice,” expanding the traditionally hour-long Donald Trump reality show to a two-hour format on Sunday nights, according to two people familiar with the situation. “Apprentice” creator Mark Burnett confirmed the expansion plans.
An announcement of the decision is expected as early as this week as part of the second half of NBC’s winter scheduling release.
Supersizing “Apprentice” gives NBC a way to cut programming costs, since adding an extra hour of an already-produced reality show is much less expensive than airing an original scripted or unscripted hour. With “Biggest Loser: Couples” already slated to fill two hours on Tuesdays, and “Howie Do It” set for an hour on Fridays, NBC’s winter schedule will likely feature at least five hours of unscripted programming each week.
Various movies and specials are set to fill NBC’s Sunday lineup in January. That means the earliest that “Celebrity Apprentice” could premiere is Feb. 8, with 9 p.m. to 11 p.m. as the most likely timeslots, one of the people familiar with the plan said. Mr. Burnett declined to comment on scheduling, deferring to NBC

Kelly Ripa's rep denies that the story of her breaking up with her husband in the National Enquirer is true.

Contrary to a new tabloid report, Kelly Ripa and Mark Consuelos aren't calling it quits, her rep tells Usmagazine.com .
In its latest issue, the National Enquirer claims that she stormed out on her husband of 12 years over his "other women."
But Ripa's rep tells Us, "There is no truth to the story. Their marriage continues to be quite healthy and the National Enquirer should be ashamed for fabricating such an untruthful story."

The couple seemed fine at a Cartier event in NYC on Nov. 11.
"We're very traditional, old-fashioned people," he told Us when asked how they keep their marriage so successful. "Both our sets of parents are still together, and we've had good role models."

Added Ripa, "We've had really good examples. Family is important to us. We sort of focus on that more than the other stuff, the party stuff."
They have three children, Michael, 11, Lola, 7, and Joaquin, 5.

Fresh from the success of "Twilight," Kristen Stewart is set to portray Joan Jett in "The Runaways," the rock 'n' roll biopic of the 1970s all-girl band.Video director Floria Sigismondi wrote the screenplay and is directing, while John and Art Linson and River Road Entertainment's Bill Pohlad are producing. Jett will act as an executive producer.The Runaways were hugely influential as the first successful all-girl hard rock band; its members included guitarists Jett and Lita Ford, drummer Sandy West, singer-keyboardist Cherie Currie and bassist Jackie Fox. The band was brought together in late 1975 by impresario Kim Fowley, who thought a novelty act of teenaged girls performing in leather and lace would be an easy sell, but the girls ended up proving to be serious and influential musicians with songs like "Cherry Bomb." The band lasted about four years together, falling apart over management and money issues.

But as they hang backstage, reports are bouncing all over that they're about to break up: Martin, 31, told a British newspaper that he was treating 2009 as Coldplay's final year. But he didn't quite mean it: He explains that Coldplay have the ambitious plan of recording and releasing a Viva la Vida follow-up next year (they hope to work again with the production team of Brian Eno and Markus Dravs), and setting an end date is meant to keep them focused.

"We're proceeding as if it's our last, because it's the only way to proceed," Martin says. "You've got to have deadlines, you know. What that means is we're going to pour everything we can into next year and not think beyond that. We always say that and we always mean it. But every time we say it, someone writes that it's over. I don't think we'll ever split up, but we have to do a lot before we're 33." The band is about to release the last of its Viva la Vida leftovers in a deluxe reissue of the album, so the new record will consist of more recently written tunes — which Coldplay have already begun experimenting with in various studios. "I would like to build on what we've just done," says Martin, "and deliver something short and optimistic."

Apparently, Sean Avery finally ran out of ways to cross the line.
So he invented a new one.
And in one stunningly inappropriate sentence yesterday a career built on indiscretion may finally face the sort of justice he has eluded for so long.
By now you've heard or seen the clip in which the Dallas Stars wart announces to a wall of reporters he wants to make a statement, waits for cameras and tape recorders to start rolling and then unloads this jaw-dropper:
"I'm really happy to be back in Calgary, I love Canada," a smirking Avery said after yesterday's morning skate.
"I just wanted to comment on how it has become like a common thing in the NHL for guys to fall in love with my sloppy seconds. I don't know what that's about. But, enjoy the game tonight."
The NHL stepped in to suspend Avery indefinitely for "inappropriate comments not pertaining to the game," pending a hearing with commissioner Gary Bettman.
For those who haven't been following, Avery's calculated attack was a dig at Calgary Flames defenceman Dion Phaneuf and his girlfriend, actress Elisha Cuthbert (inset left). Her crime, apparently, was once dating Avery.
Cuthbert also has reportedly dated Montreal's Mike Komisarek while Avery previously dated actress Rachel Hunter, who currently dates Los Angeles Kings forward Jarrett Stoll.
Stars owner Thomas Hicks backed the suspension.
"This organization will not tolerate such behaviour. We hold our team to a higher standard," he said.

Continuing to remain positive as he battles pancreatic cancer, Patrick Swayze is hitting back against tabloid rumors about his health in an exclusive statement to PEOPLE.

"I'm very proud of the work I've done on my new series The Beast, and I am happy to be back home for the holidays. It's a great feeling of accomplishment to say you're gonna do something and do it," says the actor, 56.

"The only thorn in my side being that many tabloids have been consistently reporting lies and false information about me and those close to me. And latest, they're reporting that I'm on my last legs and saying goodbye to my tearful family!

"Pancreatic cancer is an aggressive disease and from the moment I was diagnosed, I knew I was in for the fight of my life. It's a battle, and so far, I've been winning. I'm one of the lucky few that responds well to treatment.

"It's upsetting that the shoddy and reckless reporting from these publications cast a negative shadow on the positive and good fight I'm fighting. For me, my family, and those close to me, it amounts to downright emotional cruelty. That makes me angry when hope is so precious."

He concludes, "As always, I appreciate all the love and support people have sent and continue to send my way. I thank you."
