Yes it appears that Marvel Comics has indeed killed Captain America....The identity of the killer was a great cliffhanger and shocker to the story's first part. Marvel is planning a mini series focusing on major character's reaction to Cap's death....Of course we all know that Cap will be back. Be it 1, 5 or 10 years, they'll bring him back.....

Genesis has announced dates for it's North American tour this fall. If you can't wait to see the band, they will be featured on the VH1 Rock honors this year. On May 12, (Broadcast May 31) the band will be honored along with Ozzy, Heart and ZZ Top. Last year's event had the honorees being honored with tribute performances from other bands before the honorees performed themselves.

Crowded house has announced that their new drummer is Matt Sherrod. Although I am upset that I was passed over, I wish the band good luck with their future tour and CD. Maybe I should have brought drumsticks with me to the audition......

Scooter Libby got convicted yesterday. Scooter remained loyal to the Bush administration and his former boss Dick Cheney to the end. He didn't bury them and he took the fall for them....Despite Scooter's best efforts, Cheney came out of the trial looking like a corrupt, lying, vindictive slug. There are already whispers of Libby getting a pardon..I can hear someone saying it now...."I am not a crook!"....

Fox News has an epiphany

Brit Hume on Fox News stated that the Walter Reed hospital situation "looks horrible" for the Bush administration. Really? No kidding buddy. The least we can do as a country for our soldiers is to provide them with the best health care and rehabilitation after they serve. If a soldier loses a limb & has a hard time getting proper care while we are pouring billions of dollars into Iraq, something is terribly wrong. Shame.
